Printing services vary from one another in terms of the speed they can produce a copy of whatever it is the customer wants printed. There are a lot of available printing devices which can be purchased by a printing company, so depending on the type of service you want to provide, you need to choose your printing device. First, it is advisable that any printing company owns different types of printers. There are different types of printers which are based on what type of surface you’ll be printing on. Some of these printers are deskjet printers, laser printers, inkjet printers or bubblejet printers. Some printers have the ability of being able to print in color, while others are only capable of printing in black and white. These printers also have different types of quality and speed, so it is imperative that you will be able to handle the specifications of the client before doing any printing. You need to know the quality for the type of print that will be done, such as printing for a manuscript or for flyers. And then we have fax machines. Fax machines can also be considered copiers, but there is a very different purpose that can be done with them. A fax machine is able to send a document over the phone lines and have it printed out on the recipient’s side. You can send data like documents easily using this device, but that is all it is able to send. One other disadvantage of printing with a fax machine is the quality of the print. Due to the fact that you usually only use a fax machine to send a document, the type of print is comparably poor compared to others. That is why we rarely use it for our 4 color printing service.

Third, you can have a copier. Copiers are able to scan and then duplicate any type of document at very high speeds. There are a lot of available copiers out in the market today, but they can easily be classified under two major types, which are toner type copiers or ink type copiers. Ink type copiers are able to print out documents which can last a long time before fading, but the quality of the print goes without a doubt to toner type copiers.
